Toyota's Stand at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show

Toyota will unveil to the public the production-ready Toyota Auris HSD hybrid at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show in March. In addition, they will show the face-lifted RAV4. The company's show stand will also feature the European premiere of the Toyota FT-86 sports car.

The Auris HSD (for Hybrid Synergy Drive) goes into production in late spring at Toyota's U.K. plant in Burnaston and will be sold across Europe. Toyota reiterated that it plans to offer hybrid versions of its entire model range by the early 2020s. It is unclear whether the Auris HSD will make it to the states any time soon. The freshened RAV4 gets a new front-end design and an upgraded interior. Toyota said a companion model for North America, built in Canada, will arrive later this year for model year 2011.
